no classes due to sophia festival.

met up with jamie.

took odakyu odawara line to shimokitazawa, a hip neighborhood with small boutiques and restaurants. explored a bit. had lunch at mos burger. had tobikiri cheeseburger and fries, really tastey!

hopped back onto same line and went to gotokuji. explored. had trouble finding gotokuji temple, but just as we were about to give up, we found it.

chilled out at mcdonald's in gotokuji, ate gateau marron mcflurry.

made our way to shibuya station in order to take the tokyu toyoko line to yokohama.

went to minato mirai 21, yokohama's harbor.rode the cosmo clock 21 to see the cityscape at night. walked along the harbor.

ate dinner at kaiten sushi bar, same one i went to last time i was in yokohama and just as good as before. had cold stone creamery mont blanc special.

no classes. met up with jamie again.

took yamanote to ueno to take the ginza line to asakusa.

had lunch at indian restaurant in asakusa. naan and incredibly spicy pumpkin curry, but really tasty.

walked around market place in asakusa. kind of tourist-ey, but saw a lot of tasty looking omiyage (souvenirs), senbei (crackers), and things. ate dango.

ended up going to ueno zoo. saw red pandas, prairie dogs, owls, seals, penguins, cranes, bats, etc. would like to go back to ueno sometime and explore.

met jamie at 7/11 around 3:00 as usual.

went to shibuya for dinner, had first kitchen ebi (shrimp) katsu sandwich and basil fries.

went to loft to find blanket, but didn't have anything i liked.

met up with jamie in harajuku.

went to body line.

intended to go to restaurant called "zip zap," but closed for private party.

ate really good kebob sandwich at cafeteria.

went to shinjuku and did karaoke for an hour.

really tired... nothing planned for tomorrow except for homework. maybe go to parco to find a blanket.
